Notice the main left and right speakers just to each side of the proscenium opening, and the center cluster, hung above the stage.

The Beck Center's Allen and Heath GL4000 Mixing console is taking it easy during this show, basically mixing 4 floor mics for reinforcement, and providing a feed to the booth and hearing impaired systems.

The Stage Research SFX computer system with dual Yamaha DSP Factory Sounds cards is handling all other mixing and system EQ/Delay tasks.  As show in the drawing below:


 


4 Well concealed Crown PCC160 Floor Mics are used for reinforcement for this production.

The mics are well hidden within the downstage area of the set, with some help from scenic designer Richard Gould.

Five small speakers were installed on the back wall of the theatre special for this production, to provide a system of surround sound speakers for the ambiances that are used through out the play.
